Quality control process in EBS Quality Control Laboratories are as below:
1)Raw material intake control
2)Production quality control
3)Product quality control

Quality in EBS is self controlled by its structure and follows total quality mentality. Starting from the raw material intake, continuing with application of the quality tests according to domestic and internatiaonal standards, EBS quality control process advances with installation coaching and application by EBS technical team. Each pipe manufactured in our integrated manufacturing plant is passed through quality control process.

II- TESTS
Main tests realized in EBS laboratories are applied to the following type of pipes:

• Corrugated and MRP Pipes
• PE Pipes
• GRP Pipes

All tests applied to pipes are realized according to the domestic and international standards requirements. Upon request, supervisory service may be done by EBS which includes installation of the pipes and application of relevant in-situ tests in the construction site.
