 Mr. Celal ECE was born on 09.09.1935 in Kastamonu’s Cide  county, in ECE district. After graduating from Cumhuriyet  primary school in Cide county in 1948, went to secondary  school in the year 1951in Cide. Secondary school principle  encouraged him to take high school examination (Leyli  Meccani) and in 1953, he started Kastamonu Abdurrahman  Paşa High School, government funded high school. He  graduated from high school in 1957 and took the university  entrance examinatio in the same year and qualified to enter  Istanbul Technical University Civil Engineering Deparment. He  graduated from the Technical University in the year 1961.

 After graduation, he started to work as a controlling engineer  in Provincial Bank. He worked as a controlling engineer in several different cities infrastructure construction works. He resigned from Provincial Bank in order to work in private sector wih his own will. He worked as a chief engineer in several cities potable and sewerage systems construction projects. In 1972, he formed “Celal ECE Contracting “ Company and started working as a contractor in various cities’ infrastructure projects In the year 2000, in order to add more value to touristic activities of Turkey, he invested in marina and boutique resort hotel operation. The group of companies still operate in the infrastructure construction projects as a contractor. He is married with three kids.
